Major Sub-contractors. The Major Sub-contractors have been, or will be, engaged by the Contractor to undertake all or part of the Services on its behalf.
Major Sub-contractors. Schedule 3.19.(b) contains a list of the two largest sub-contractors to Company for each of the two (2) most recent fiscal years (determined on the basis of the total dollar amount of payments) showing the total dollar amount of payments to each such sub-contractor during each such year. Neither Company nor Seller has any knowledge or information of any facts indicating, nor any other reason to believe, that any of the sub-contractors listed on Schedule 3.19.(b) will not continue to be sub-contractors to the business of Company after the Closing and will not continue to supply the business with substantially the same quantity and quality of services at competitive prices.
