Common use of Major Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Major Suppliers. Schedule 3.1(w) contains a list of the ten (10) largest suppliers to Company for each of the two (2) most recent fiscal years (determined on the basis of the total dollar amount of purchases) showing the total dollar amount of purchases from each such supplier during each such year. As of the date of this Agreement, Company has not received notice from, nor does Parent have any knowledge that, any supplier listed on Schedule 3.1(w) that it will not continue to be a supplier to the Business of Company or that it will materially and adversely modify its relationship with Company after the Closing.
