Common use of Major United Airports Clause in Contracts

Major United Airports. As of the date of this Agreement, no airport authority at Chicago X’Xxxx International Airport, Denver International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport, San Francisco International Airport or Washington Dulles International Airport (each such airport, a “Major United Airport”) has taken or, to United’s knowledge, threatened to take any action that would reasonably be expected to materially interfere with the ability of United and the United Subsidiaries to conduct their respective operations at any Major United Airport in the same manner as currently conducted in all material respects.
