Common use of Majority Consent Clause in Contracts

Majority Consent. Subject to Section 11.12(a) and except as otherwise provided in the Loan Documents, any waiver of or any amendment to any provision of the Loan Documents and any action, consent or other determination in connection with the Loan Documents shall bind all of the Lenders if such waiver, amendment, action, consent or other determination is agreed to in writing by the Majority Lenders.

Majority Consent. Subject to Section 11.12(a) and except as otherwise provided in the Loan Documents21.16(a), any waiver of or any amendment to any provision of the Loan Documents as they pertain to the Credit Facility and any action, consent or other determination in connection with the Loan Documents shall as they pertain to the Credit Facility will bind all of the Lenders under the Credit Facility if such waiver, amendment, action, consent or other determination is agreed to in writing by the Majority Lenders.

Subject to Section 11.12(a12.12(a), Section 12.12(c) and Section 12.12(d) and except as otherwise provided in the Loan Documents, any waiver of waiver, consent to or any amendment to any provision of the Loan Documents and any action, consent or other determination in connection with the Loan Documents shall bind all of the Secured Lenders if such waiver, amendment, action, consent or other determination is agreed to in writing by the Majority Lenders.
