Common use of Majority Consent Clause in Contracts

Majority Consent. Subject to Section 21.16(a), any waiver of or any amendment to any provision of the Documents as they pertain to the Credit Facilities and any action, consent or other determination in connection with the Documents as they pertain to the Credit Facilities will bind all of the Lenders under the Credit Facilities if such waiver, amendment, action, consent or other determination is agreed to in writing by the Majority Lenders; provided that any waiver or amendment which changes or relates to any material rights or obligations of the Agent, the Swingline Lender or the Issuing Lender shall also require the agreement in writing of such Party.
