Majority Controls. Resolutions in meetings of the Noteholders shall be adopted by a simple majority (50.01%), subject to any other specific provision herein requiring any other majority with respect to certain resolutions.
Majority Controls. In the event of a disagreement among my fiduciaries, the decision of the majority shall control and shall be as effective as if the decision had been made unanimously. A fiduciary not joining in a decision of the majority shall not be liable for any action taken pursuant to it.
