Common use of Majority of the Trust Certificates Control Clause in Contracts

Majority of the Trust Certificates Control. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholder under this Agreement may be taken by the Holders of the Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Certificate Interests. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholder delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of the Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Certificate Interests at the time of the delivery of such notice. ARTICLE FIVE

Majority of the Trust Certificates Control. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholder Certificateholders under this Agreement may be taken by the Holders of the Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Certificate Interests.
