Make Ready Unit Credit. With respect to any residential units that (a) are not in “made ready” condition on the Closing Date in accordance with Seller’s customary practice, and (b) have been vacant for more than five (5) days as of Closing, Buyer shall be entitled to a credit against the Purchase Price of $500 per unit.
