Make-Up Contributions for Omitted Participants. If, after the Employer’s annual contribution for a Plan Year has been made and allocated, it should appear that, through oversight or a mistake of fact or law, a Participant (or an employee who should have been considered a Participant) who should have been entitled to share in such contribution received no allocation or received an allocation which was less than the Participant should have received, the Company may, at its election, and in lieu of reallocating such contribution, direct the Employer to make a special make-up contribution for the Account of such Participant in an amount adequate to provide for him the same addition to the Participant’s Account for such Plan Year as the Participant should have received.
