Making of Advances. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each Bank shall, on the Utilisation Date, make available to the Agent its Proportion in Dollars for the account of the Borrower. All such amounts shall be made available to the Agent in accordance with clause 11 for disbursement to or to the order of the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
