If Lender has received a timely request for a Borrowing in accordance with the provisions hereof, and subject to the satisfaction of the applicable terms and conditions set forth herein, Lender shall make the proceeds of such Advance available to Borrower on the applicable Funding Date by transferring immediately available funds equal to such proceeds to Borrower's Designated Account.
