Common use of Making of Incremental Loans Clause in Contracts

Making of Incremental Loans. On any Incremental Effective Date on which Incremental Commitments become effective, subject to the satisfaction of the foregoing terms and conditions, each Syndication Party of such Incremental Commitment shall make an Incremental Loan to Borrower in an amount equal to its Incremental Commitment.
