Making of Payments. All payments of principal or interest on the Note(s), and of all fees, shall be made by Borrower to Administrative Agent in immediately available funds at the office specified by Administrative Agent not later than noon, Chicago time, on the date due; and funds received after that hour shall be deemed to have been received by Administrative Agent on the following Business Day. Subject to Section 2.6, Administrative Agent shall promptly remit to each Lender its share of all such payments received in collected funds by Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender.
