Common use of Making of Payments Clause in Contracts

Making of Payments. All payments of principal of or interest on the Notes, and of all non-use fees and Letter of Credit fees, shall be made by the Company to the Agent in immediately available funds at the office specified by the Agent not later than noon, Chicago time, on the date due; and funds received after that hour shall be deemed to have been received by the Agent on the next following Business Day. The Agent shall promptly remit to each Bank or other holder of a Note its share of all such payments received in collected funds by the Agent for the account of such Bank or holder. All payments under Section 8.1 shall be made by the Company directly to the Bank entitled thereto.

Making of Payments.
