Common use of Making of Swing Line Loans Clause in Contracts

Making of Swing Line Loans. Promptly after receipt of the Borrowing/Election Notice under Section 2.02(b) in respect of Swing Line Loans, the Swing Line Bank may, in its sole discretion make available its Swing Line Loan, in funds immediately available to the Administrative Agent at its address specified pursuant to Article 14. The Administrative Agent will promptly make the funds so received from the Swing Line Bank available to the Borrower on the Borrowing Date at the Administrative Agent’s aforesaid address.

Making of Swing Line Loans. Promptly after receipt of the Borrowing/Election Notice under Section 2.02(b2.2(B) in respect of Swing Line Loans, the Swing Line Bank may, in its sole discretion make available its Swing Line Loan, in funds immediately available to the Administrative Agent at its address specified pursuant to Article 14XIV. The Administrative Agent will promptly make the funds so received from the Swing Line Bank available to the Borrower on the Borrowing Date at the Administrative Agent’s aforesaid address.

Making of Swing Line Loans. Promptly after receipt of the Borrowing/Election Notice under Section 2.02(b) in respect of a Swing Line LoansBorrowing Notice, the Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the requested Swing Line Loan. Not later than 4:00 p.m. on the applicable borrowing date, the Swing Line Bank may, in its sole discretion Lender shall make available its the Swing Line Loan, in funds immediately available Loan to the applicable Borrower on the borrowing date to the account of the Administrative Agent at its address specified pursuant to Article 14. The Administrative Agent will promptly make the funds so received from the Swing Line Bank available most recently designated by it for such purpose by notice to the Borrower on the Borrowing Date at the Administrative Agent’s aforesaid addressLenders.

Promptly after receipt of the Borrowing/Election Notice of Borrowing under Section 2.02(b2.03(b) in respect of Swing Line Loans, the Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender by telex or telecopy, or other similar form of transmission, of the requested Swing Line Loan. Not later than 3:00 p.m. (Detroit time) on the applicable borrowing date, the Swing Line Bank may, in its sole discretion shall make available its Swing Line Loan, in funds immediately available to the Administrative Agent at its address specified pursuant referred to Article 14in Section 8.02. The Administrative Agent will promptly make the funds so received from the Swing Line Bank available to the Borrower on the Borrowing Date at the Administrative Agent’s 's aforesaid address.
