Making of USD Swing Line Loans. Promptly after receipt of the Borrowing Notice under Section 2.9.1(b), the Global Administrative Agent shall notify the Global Swing Line Lender of the requested USD Swing Line Loan. Not later than 3:00 p.m. (New York time) on the applicable Borrowing Date, the Global Swing Line Lender shall make available its USD Swing Line Loan in funds immediately available as directed by the applicable U.S. Borrower.
