Making Public. Under the principle of compliance with the provisions of laws, or the rules and regulations of any stock exchange on which securities of either Party or any of its Related Party are listed and traded, either Party shall not make or allow any of their Related Parties to make any press release, public statement or other public disclosure in relation to the Transaction under the Agreement or the Agreement without prior notice to, negotiation with and consent by the other Party.
