Making the Japan Local Currency Advances. (a) Each Japan Local Currency Borrowing shall be made on a Business Day upon notice given by CFKK to the Japan Local Currency Agent, with a copy to the Agent, such notice to be given at the time specified in the Japan Local Currency Addendum. Each Japan Local Currency Borrowing shall be in an aggregate Dollar Amount not less than $10,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and shall consist of Japan Local Currency Advances of the same Type made on the same day to CFKK by the Japan Local Currency Banks ratably according to their respective Japan Local Currency Commitments. The Japan Local Currency Agent shall give each Japan Local Currency Bank prompt notice thereof by facsimile or electronic mail. Each such notice of a Japan Local Currency Borrowing (a “Notice of Japan Local Currency Borrowing”) shall be by facsimile or electronic mail, confirmed immediately in writing, in substantially the form of Exhibit B-3 hereto, specifying therein the requested (i) date of such Borrowing, (ii) Type of Japan Local Currency Advances comprising such Japan Local Currency Borrowing, (iii) Interest Period for such Borrowing and (iv) aggregate amount of such Borrowing.
