Common use of Malfeasance Termination for Cause Clause in Contracts

Malfeasance Termination for Cause. In the event the employment of Xxxxxx is terminated on the grounds of malfeasance, then, in that event, all compensation, including salary, stock options, bonuses, deferred compensation and benefits cease immediately.
