Managed Hardware Limitations. Each item of Hardware supplied has its own capacities and storage limits as defined on The Order. When the capacity or storage limit is reached on a Hardware item, the Hardware may stop saving and/or receiving data leading to possible Service unavailability or data loss. To prevent such occurrences, Spectron Technology is not responsible for unavailability or data losses caused by any Hardware exceeding its capacity or storage limit. Hardware Applications. Spectron Technology cannot accept responsibility for Programs and Applications installed on the Hardware by or on behalf of the Customer in terms of application or Hardware performance unless such program has been supplied by Spectron Technology.
