Common use of Management Advances; Clause in Contracts

Management Advances;. Investments in Capital Stock, obligations or securities received in settlement of debts created in the ordinary course of business and owing to the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary (including obligations of trade creditors and customers), or as a result of foreclosure, perfection or enforcement of any Lien, or in satisfaction of judgments or pursuant to any plan of reorganization or similar arrangement including upon the bankruptcy or insolvency of a debtor or in compromise or resolution of any litigation, arbitration or other dispute;
