Common use of Management Agreement or ESP Clause in Contracts

Management Agreement or ESP. Agreement means an agreement as defined under section 503c of the Code, MCL 380.503c that has been entered into between an ESP and the Academy Board for operation and/or management of the Academy, which has been submitted to the University Charter Schools Office Director for review as provided in Section 11.15 and has not been disapproved by the University Charter Schools Office Director, and is consistent with the CSO Educational Service Provider Policies as they may be amended from time to time, and Applicable Law.
