Management and defence of Claim. If the Distributor assumes the management and defence of the Claim: (a) the Distributor may, subject to the terms of this agreement, determine the conduct of the Claim; and (b) the Retailer may advise the relevant Consumer and the Dispute Resolution Scheme that the Distributor is dealing with the Claim.
