Management and Disposition of Collateral. Subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement (including the Servicing Standard), the Manager shall have full power and authority, acting alone or through the Servicer and any Sub-Servicer, to cause to be done any and all things in connection with the Manager’s management of any Collateral or Acquired Property, that the Manager may deem necessary or desirable, and cause to be made all asset management decisions in its reasonable discretion.
