Management and Reporting. Customer and/or Enrolled Affiliate may manage account details (e.g., contacts, orders, Licenses, software downloads) on Microsoft’s Volume Licensing Service Center (“VLSC”) web site (or successor site) at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/servicecenter. Upon the effective date of this Agreement and any Enrollments, the contact(s) identified for this purpose will be provided access to this site and may authorize additional users and contacts.
Management and Reporting. Enrolled Affiliate must provide and manage account details (e.g., contacts, orders, Licenses, software downloads) on Microsoft’s Volume Licensing Service Center web site (or successor site) at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/servicecenter. On the effective date of this agreement and any Enrollments, the contact(s) Enrolled Affiliate has identified for this purpose will be provided access to this site and may assign additional users and contacts.

43.1 The Parties will perform the activities and responsibilities set out in Schedule 13.
43.2 The CONTRACTOR shall deliver to the AUTHORITY, in the manner and at the times specified in Schedule 13 the reports required by that Schedule.
43.3 The Parties shall ensure that their respective representatives attend the meetings and perform the functions specified in Schedule 13.
43.4 The CONTRACTOR shall notify the AUTHORITY, as soon as reasonably practicable after they come to the CONTRACTOR’s attention, of any events or circumstances that may adversely affect the performance of the Services and the CONTRACTOR’s obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, that are reasonably likely to result in any material delay in the provision of the Services, including any relevant:
(A) change in the role or status of any Key Personnel;
(B) delay or failure of performance under, or termination of, any Subcontract;
(C) threat of or planned industrial action, including any strikes or lock-outs;
(D) interruption or unavailability of power supplies or telecommunication networks;
(E) failure of any system or equipment; or
(F) loss or corruption of any Data.
43.5 Where a progress report, or other information pertaining to the progress or performance of either Party of its obligations under this Agreement, is submitted in connection with this Agreement, the submission, receipt and acceptance of such report, or other information, shall not prejudice the rights of either Party under this Agreement.
Management and Reporting. 5.1 The Shareholders, acting through the Management Committee, shall appoint qualified individuals to act as the General Manager and. Finance Manager of the Company. The General Manager shall manage the day-today operations of the Company in accordance with the specific powers delegated to him by the Management Committee and the decisions, budgets and guidelines established by the Management Committee from time to time.
5.2 All books of account and the annual financial statements shall be prepared and maintained by the Company in Rials. The Shareholders shall appoint a firm of accountants of international repute established in Muscat that shall audit, within ninety (90) days after the end of each financial year, the annual financial statements of the Company for such financial year.
5.3 The financial statements shall be prepared in accordance with international accounting standards issued by Omani regulations, the International Accounting Standards Committee and the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and shall include the Company's audited balance sheet and audited statements of income and cash flows, and audit reports.
5.4 The Shareholders shall cause the Management Committee to adopt internal regulations including in respect of a business plan , annual budget, annual finance plan:

Management and Reporting. The Parties each agree to designate an individual from their respective companies with adequate authority and full technical competence to deal with matters relating to the implementation of the Deliverables (each, being a "Project Manager"). Specifically, these individuals will, on behalf of their respective Parties, in accordance with the spirit of this Agreement, use reasonable efforts to coordinate the provision of the E-Commerce Service. Upon such designations, each of IL and Torstar shall concurrently provide the other with details with respect to its Project Manager, including name, address and telephone number, and each of IL and Torstar may from time to time change its Project Manager with the consent of the other which will not be unreasonably withheld.

Management and Reporting. The parties will appoint a program manager, one on behalf of each party, who will serve as a single point of contact for the purpose of communication and project management. The Supplier will be responsible for conductions the project according to the contract and will provide the periodic project’s status reports.
