Management and Services Clause Samples
The 'Management and Services' clause defines the responsibilities and scope of services that one party will provide to another under the agreement. It typically outlines the specific management duties, service standards, and reporting requirements expected from the service provider, such as overseeing operations, maintaining facilities, or delivering support functions. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what services will be rendered and how they will be managed, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over performance or expectations.
