Management and Services Agreement-Conflict. This Agreement is the Technical Management Agreement referred to in the Management and Services Agreement of even date herewith between DSS (the parent/sole owner of the Owners) and the Managers (as same may be amended from time to time the “Management and Services Agreement”) Any terms used as defined terms herein but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Management and Services Agreement. Where the terms of this Agreement and the Management and Services Agreement are in conflict, the terms of the Managemeent and Services Agreement shall take precedence.
