Management Assistant Duties. Design, evaluate, and modify customer satisfaction and program performance evaluation tools. Perform technical, administrative, and analytic skills in support of program or function. Provide technical assistance to Workforce Center staff and management, training vendors, and service providers. Conduct research, and prepare and implement various policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in accordance with organizational practices. Ensure compliance with program policies and labor laws. Prepare weekly/monthly statistical program and labor market reports. Maintain local eligible training provider list, procure training services, and monitor contract compliance. Process and monitor customer individual training accounts. Perform other job-related duties as required.
