MANAGEMENT CHARGE. 16.1 In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of the same, the Supplier agrees to pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with Clause 16.2 below.
16.2 The Authority shall be entitled to submit invoices to the Supplier in respect of the Management Charge due each Month based on the Management Information provided pursuant to Framework Agreement Schedule 8 (Management Information), and adjusted:
16.2.1 in accordance with paragraph 5.5 of Framework Agreement Schedule 8 (Management Information) to take into account of any Admin Fee(s) that may have accrued in respect of the late provision of Management Information; and
16.2.2 pursuant to paragraph 6 (Default Management Charge) of Framework Agreement Schedule 8 (Management Information) to take into account any under payment of the Management Charge.
16.3 Unless agreed otherwise, the Supplier shall pay the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause 16.2 within thirty (30) Days of the date of issue of the invoice.
16.4 The Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Order and shall not be varied as a result of any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any service credits and/or any other deductions made under any Call-Off Contract.
16.5 The Management Charge shall be exclusive of VAT. The Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time.
16.6 Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Management Charge under this Framework Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

17.2 The Authority shall be entitled to submit invoices to the Supplier in respect of the Management Charge due each Month based on the Management Information provided pursuant to Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information), and adjusted:
17.2.1 in accordance with paragraphs 5.4 to 5.7 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information) to take into account of any Admin Fee(s) that may have accrued in respect of the late provision of Management Information; and
17.2.2 in accordance with paragraph 6 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information)to take into account of any underpayment or overpayment as a result of the application of the Default Management Charge.
17.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Supplier shall pay by BACS (or by such other means as the Authority may from time to time reasonably require)) the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause 17.2 to such account as shall be stated in the invoice (or otherwise notified from time to time by the Authority to the Supplier) within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue of the invoice.
17.4 The Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Call Off Agreement and shall not be varied as a result of any discount or any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any Service Credits (as defined in Annex 2 of Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms) and/or any other deductions made under any Call Off Agreement.
17.5 The Supplier shall not pass through or recharge to, or otherwise recover from any Contracting Body the cost of the Management Charge in addition to the Charges. The Management Charge shall be exclusive of VAT. In addition to the Management Charge, the Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time.
17.6 Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Management Charge under this Framework Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

14.2. The Authority shall be entitled to submit invoices to the Supplier in respect of the Management Charge due each Month based on the Management Information provided pursuant to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information), and adjusted in accordance with paragraph 5.5 of Framework Schedule 8.
14.3. Unless agreed otherwise, the Supplier shall pay by BACS (or by such other means as the Authority may from time to time reasonably require)) the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause 14.2 to such account as shall be stated in the invoice (or otherwise notified from time to time by the Authority to the Supplier) within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue of the invoice.
14.4. The Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Call Off Agreement and shall not be reduced as a result of any discount or any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any deductions made under any Call Off Agreement.
14.5. For the avoidance of doubt, the Supplier shall not pass through or recharge to, or otherwise recover from any Contracting Body the Management Charge in addition to any amount which has already been charged to a Supplier in accordance with the Charges.
14.6. The Management Charge shall be exclusive of VAT. In addition to the Management Charge, the Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time.
14.7. Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Management Charge under this Framework Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
MANAGEMENT CHARGE. In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by CCS of the same, the Supplier agrees to pay to CCS the Management Charge in accordance with this Clause 20. in accordance with paragraphs 5.4 to 5.7 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information) to take into account of any Admin Fee(s) that may have accrued in respect of the late provision of Management Information; and in accordance with paragraph 6 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information) to take into account of any underpayment or overpayment as a result of the application of the Default Management Charge. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Supplier shall pay by BACS (or by such other means as CCS may from time to time reasonably require)) the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause 20.2 to such account as shall be stated in the invoice (or otherwise notified from time to time by CCS to the Supplier) within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue of the invoice. The Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Call Off Agreement and shall not be varied as a result of any discount or any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any Service Credits (as defined in Annex 2 of Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms) and/or any other deductions made under any Call Off Agreement. The Supplier shall not pass through or recharge to, or otherwise recover from any Contracting Body the cost of the Management Charge in addition to the Charges. The Management Charge shall be exclusive of VAT. In addition to the Management Charge, the Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time. Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Management Charge under this Framework Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
MANAGEMENT CHARGE. 17.1 In consideration of the Authority appointing the Supplier to this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, the Supplier shall pay to the Authority the Management Charge.
17.2 The Authority shall be entitled to submit an invoice to the Supplier each Month in respect of the Management Charge due each Month based on the Management Information provided pursuant to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information Requirements), and adjusted in accordance with Clause 16 (Provision of Management Information).
17.3 The Supplier shall pay the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause 17.2 above within twenty eight (28) Working Days of the date of issue of the invoice.
17.4 The Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Call-Off Agreement and shall not be varied as a result of any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any service credits and/or any other deductions made under any Call-Off Agreement.
17.5 The Management Charge shall be exclusive of VAT. The Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time.
17.6 Where any payment or sum of money due from the Supplier to the Authority under this Framework Agreement is not paid in full by the due date, interest on such outstanding sums shall be payable in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Xxx 0000.
MANAGEMENT CHARGE. 38.1. In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of the same, the Supplier agrees to pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with the rest of this Clause 38 and Framework Schedule 3 (Charging Structure).
38.2. The Authority shall be entitled to submit invoices to the Supplier in respect of the Management Charge due each Month based on the Authority Management Information provided pursuant to Framework Schedule 8 (Authority Management Information), and adjusted:
38.2.1. in accordance with paragraph 5.5 of Framework Schedule 8 (Authority Management Information) to take into account of any Admin Fee(s) that may have accrued in respect of the late provision of Authority Management Information; and
38.2.2. to take into account of any underpayment or overpayment as a result of the application of the Default Management Charge, pursuant to paragraph 6.6 of Framework Schedule 8 (Authority Management Information).
38.3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Supplier shall pay by BACS (or by such other means as the Authority may from time to time reasonably require)) the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause 38.2 to such account as shall be stated in the invoice (or otherwise notified from time to time by the Authority to the Supplier) within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue of the invoice.
38.4. The Management Charge shall apply to the full Spend as specified in each and every Call Off Agreement.
38.5. The Supplier shall not pass through or recharge to, or otherwise recover from any Contracting Body the cost of the Management Charge in addition to the Charges. The Management Charge shall be exclusive of VAT. In addition to the Management Charge, the Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time.
38.6. Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Management Charge under this Framework Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Xxx 0000.
MANAGEMENT CHARGE. The Management Charge shall be calculated as follows:

20.2 The Authority shall be entitled to submit invoices to the Supplier in respect of the Management Charge due each Month based on the Management Information provided pursuant to Panel Agreement Schedule 9 (Management Information), and adjusted:
20.2.1 in accordance with paragraphs 10.4 to 10.7 of Panel Agreement Schedule 9 (Management Information) to take into account of any Admin Fee(s) that may have accrued in respect of the late provision of Management Information; and
20.2.2 in accordance with paragraph 11 of Panel Agreement Schedule 9 (Management Information)to take into account of any underpayment or overpayment as a result of the application of the Default Management Charge.
20.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Supplier shall pay by BACS (or by such other means as the Authority may from time to time reasonably require) the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause 20.2 to such account as shall be stated in the invoice (or otherwise notified from time to time by the Authority to the Supplier) within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue of the invoice.
20.4 The Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Legal Services Contract and shall not be varied as a result of any discount or reductions in the Charges and/or any other deductions made under any Legal Services Contract.
20.5 The Supplier shall not pass through or recharge to, or otherwise recover from any Panel Customers the cost of the Management Charge in addition to the Charges. The Management Charge shall be exclusive of VAT. In addition to the Management Charge, the Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time.
20.6 Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Management Charge under this Panel Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Xxx 0000.
MANAGEMENT CHARGE. In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of same, the Supplier shall pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with Clause FW-9.
MANAGEMENT CHARGE. The Supplier shall ensure that it pays the Management Charge within 30 calendar days of the date of issue of the relevant invoice by the Authority.
