The Management Charge will apply to all charges for Services invoiced to the Contracting Authority. This charge is in consideration of the management and administration of this Framework Agreement. The Suppler shall not pass this charge through to the Contracting Authority The GCS Levy is the additional sum payable by Contracting Authorities, who are Central Government Bodies procuring Contact Centre Services directly related to Government Communication Service (GCS) or Departmental marketing campaigns. The application of this GCS Levy will be determined at Call Off and agreed between the Contracting Authority and the Authority. 17.4 20.4 The Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Call Off Agreement and shall not be varied as a result of any discount or any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any Service Credits (as defined in Annex 2 of Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms) and/or any other deductions made under any Call Off Agreement.
