Management Committee Reports. Within thirty (30) days following each ---------------------------- Management Committee meeting during the term of this Agreement, the Management Committee shall prepare and provide minutes to each party which shall include a reasonably detailed written summary report describing collaboration activities and plans as well as any committee decisions.
