Common use of Management Equity Incentive Pool Clause in Contracts

Management Equity Incentive Pool. All shares of Common Stock which are Forfeited by a Management Member pursuant to Section 3(a) or Section 3(c) (or any successor sections of similar meaning) of an Amended and Restated Restricted Stock Agreement will be added to the amount of equity incentives available to be granted to senior management of the Company that are party to Amended and Restated Restricted Stock Agreements.
