Common use of Management Fee Percentage Clause in Contracts

Management Fee Percentage. A Member’s Management Fee Percentage shall be two percent (2%). Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Member’s Management Fee Percentage may be a lesser percentage as determined by reference to a signed written contractual arrangement between such Member and the Manager as permitted by this paragraph. The Manager may, in its sole discretion, reduce the Management Fee Percentage with respect to any Member, pursuant to a signed written contractual arrangement with such Member (which may be in such Member’s Subscription Agreement). Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, no such other contractual arrangement shall have the effect of changing the Management Fee Percentage of any Member without its written consent.
