Management Fee Waiver Sample Clauses

Management Fee Waiver. The Adviser hereby agrees to waive a portion of the Fund’s management fee as listed on Schedule A hereto, at an annual rate of the Fund’s average daily net assets. Any management fees waived with respect to a Fund under this Agreement are not subject to reimbursement to the Adviser by the Fund.

Management Fee Waiver. For the term of this Agreement, WTAM agrees to reduce the Management Fee to be paid by a Fund for that portion of the Fund’s assets invested in the Digital Money Fund by the amount necessary to reduce the net expense ratio of the Digital Money Fund to an effective rate of 0.09%.

Management Fee Waiver. The Adviser hereby agrees to waive during the Waiver Period (as that term is defined in Paragraph 2 hereof) the management fees it is entitled to receive from each Fund to the extent the management fees to be paid to the Adviser during such Waiver Period exceed the management fees paid to the Fund’s sub-advisers for management of allocated portions of the Fund.

Management Fee Waiver. In lieu of any management fee payable to ENERGY TRADING for its asset management services hereunder, RGC waives all proceeds, if any, recognized by ENERGY TRADING in the management of the Storage Assets, other than the demand charge provided for in the Special Conditions section of the Transaction Confirmation.

Management Fee Waiver. The Investment Manager may, in its sole discretion, waive or reduce the Management Fee for Affiliates. The General Partner will not be assessed a Management Fee with respect to its capital invested in the Partnership.

Management Fee Waiver. 1.1 For each of the first through the twenty-fourth full months after this Agreement becomes effective pursuant to Section 2.1, the Investment Adviser shall waive an amount of its Management Fees earned during such month equal to $62,500.00. 1.2 The amount of any Management Fees waived pursuant to this Section 1 shall not be subject to reimbursement or recoupment pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise.

Management Fee Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, GEAM shall reduce or waive a portion of the management fees paid by the Fund, such that the effective annual rate of management fees payable by the Fund to GEAM shall be the rate set forth in Schedule A hereto.
