Management Incentive Package Clause Samples

A Management Incentive Package clause outlines the terms under which key management personnel are rewarded, typically through bonuses, equity, or other performance-based incentives. Management Incentive Package. Acquiror shall adopt the Acquiror Equity Incentive Plan, in the form agreed to by Acquiror and the Company.
