Management of Customer Data. 7.1. During the Service Term, we will store Customer Data and perform back-ups using commercially available back-up software. 7.2. You can download a copy of your Customer Data using export reporting tools at any time during the Service Term free of charge. 7.3. Where you request us to provide a copy of Customer Data we will provide it using export reporting tools in an industry standard readable format determined or available to us within 14 Business Days from the date of request. This service will be charged as per our Standard Fees.
