Common use of Management of Partnership Business Clause in Contracts

Management of Partnership Business. The General Partner shall have the sole right to manage the business and affairs of the Partnership, and shall have and enjoy all of the rights and powers of a general partner of a partnership with limited partners except as otherwise provided by the Act or this Agreement.

Management of Partnership Business. The General Partner Partners shall have be responsible for managing and conducting the sole right to manage the ordinary and usual business and affairs of the Partnership, and each General Partner shall have and enjoy all the authority to make management decisions on behalf of the rights Partnership. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following actions and powers decisions require the approval of the General Partners owning at least a general partner majority of a partnership with limited partners the General Partnership Interests (except as otherwise expressly provided by the Act or elsewhere in this Agreement., including, without limitation, Section 5.2):

Management of Partnership Business. The (a) Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the General Partner Partner, acting through its Board of Directors, shall have the sole exclusive right to manage manage, control and conduct, and shall be solely responsible for the business management, control and conduct of, the Partnership’s Business and affairs of the Partnershipand for compliance with all applicable laws, and shall have and enjoy all of the rights and powers of a general partner of a partnership with limited partners except as otherwise provided generally conferred by law or necessary, advisable or incidental in connection therewith. The Limited Partners hereby consent to the exercise by the Act or General Partner of the powers conferred on it by this Agreement.

Management of Partnership Business. The General Partner shall have the sole right to manage the business and affairs of the Partnership. The General Partner shall use its best efforts to carry out the purposes, business and objectives of the Partnership and shall have devote to the Partnership business such time as shall be reasonably required for its welfare and enjoy all of the rights and powers of a general partner of a partnership with limited partners except as otherwise provided by the Act or this Agreementsuccess.

Management of Partnership Business. The General Partner shall be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the Partnership and shall have full, exclusive and complete discretion in the sole right to manage the business management and affairs control of the Partnership, and shall have and enjoy ’s business with all of the rights and powers generally conferred by law or necessary, advisable or consistent in connection therewith, subject to the terms hereof. For all purposes hereof, if at any time there shall be more than one General Partner, the management and control of the Partnership’s business shall be exercised by a general partner majority of a partnership with limited partners except as otherwise provided by the Act or this AgreementGeneral Partners.
