Common use of Management of Partnership Business Clause in Contracts

Management of Partnership Business. The General Partner shall have the sole right to manage the business and affairs of the Partnership, and shall have and enjoy all of the rights and powers of a general partner of a partnership with limited partners except as otherwise provided by the Act or this Agreement.

Management of Partnership Business. The General Partner shall have the sole right to manage the business and affairs of the Partnership. The General Partner shall use its best efforts to carry out the purposes, business and objectives of the Partnership and shall have devote to the Partnership business such time as shall be reasonably required for its welfare and enjoy all of the rights and powers of a general partner of a partnership with limited partners except as otherwise provided by the Act or this Agreementsuccess.

Management of Partnership Business. The General Partner shall be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the Partnership and shall have full, exclusive and complete discretion in the sole right to manage the business management and affairs control of the Partnership, and shall have and enjoy ’s business with all of the rights and powers generally conferred by law or necessary, advisable or consistent in connection therewith, subject to the terms hereof. For all purposes hereof, if at any time there shall be more than one General Partner, the management and control of the Partnership’s business shall be exercised by a general partner majority of a partnership with limited partners except as otherwise provided by the Act or this AgreementGeneral Partners.
