Common use of Management of Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Management of Subcontractors. The Supplier is obliged to maintain a documented list of the subcontractors he has qualified. The Supplier is responsible for passing on any information required along the supply chain from Buyer to Subcontractor. Upon demand, the Supplier is to provide the Buyer with documented evidence of effectiveness checks of Subcontractors´ quality management systems. The Supplier is obliged to enable the Buyer to audit the subcontractor concerned under the above mentioned conditions and to contractually agree this with his subcontractor. The Supplier shall oblige its subcontractors to pursue the objectives in order to achieve the quality of the products agreed with the Buyer.
