Common use of Management of the Partnership Clause in Contracts

Management of the Partnership. Subject to the limitations of this section, of Section 3.04 and of Section 3.09, the General Partner shall be responsible for the management of the Partnership’s business and shall have full, exclusive and complete power and discretion, without the need for consent or approval of any other Partner, to make all decisions and to do all things which it deems necessary or desirable on behalf of the Partnership, including but not limited to the exercise of the powers specified in Section 3.02 on behalf of the Partnership.
