Management, Ownership. The Company shall not terminate or materially change the positions of Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, and Xxxx Xxxxx without the prior written consent of the Secured Party. The employment of Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, and Xxxx Xxxxx in their current positions are material factors in the Secured Party’s willingness to institute and maintain a lending relationship with the Company.
