MANAGEMENT QUESTIONNAIRE. The information contained in the Management Questionnaire provided by the Manager to the A Investor on or prior to the Signing Date is true and accurate in all material respects and not misleading and does not omit anything which makes that information misleading. The Warrantors are not liable for a claim under the Warranties set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 unless written notice of the claim (containing reasonable details of the grounds on which the claim is made and, to the extent possible, the amount claimed) has been given to the Warrantors by or on behalf of the A Investor on or before the expiry of *** immediately following the Signing Date.
