Management Subscription Agreement. The Executive hereby agrees that, as further consideration for receipt of the opportunity offered by this Agreement, he will purchase the number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock and Common Stock of Holdings as set forth in the Management Subscription Agreement dated as of the date hereof.
