Management Trustee’s General Authority. The Management Trustee is authorized to take all actions required or permitted to be taken by it pursuant to the terms of this Trust Agreement and Applicable Law. Except as required by Applicable Law, the Management Trustee may act independently of the Administrative Trustee and shall have the authority to perform all powers actions that are authorized under this Trust Agreement.
