Management Trustee’s Specific Authority. The Management Trustee shall, acting alone, without the need to obtain consent or any authorizations from either the Administrative Trustee or any Beneficiary, have the following powers in the administration of the Trust; provided, however, that the Management Trustee shall not exercise power described in this Section 7.03 if the exercise of such power would cause the Trust to fail to constitute an “investment trust” within the meaning of Regulations Section 301.7701-4(c):
