Common use of Manager Meetings Clause in Contracts

Manager Meetings. The Buyer Manager and the Operations Manager will serve as each Party’s main contact to, and for, the other Party with regard to day-to-day matters affecting the Parties’ relationship in relation to Installation Services and Facility Services. The Buyer Manager and the Operations Manager (or their designees) will meet, by phone or in person, as often as they feel necessary to monitor and manage such day-to-day activities. Such managers shall operate by consensus to the extent practicable but shall have no authority to amend or waive compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or to approve actions of the Parties that are inconsistent with this Agreement. Any such waivers or amendments shall be implemented only as described in Section 14.1 or Section 14.2, as the case may be.

Such managers shall operate by consensus to the extent practicable but shall have no authority to amend or waive compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or to approve actions of the Parties that are inconsistent with this Agreement. Any such waivers or amendments shall be implemented only as described in Section 14.1 12.1 or Section 14.212.2, as the case may be.
