Manager Orientation Sample Clauses

The Manager Orientation clause establishes the requirement for newly appointed managers to undergo an orientation process. This typically involves attending training sessions, reviewing company policies, and familiarizing themselves with operational procedures and expectations. By mandating orientation, the clause ensures that managers are adequately prepared for their roles, promoting consistency in management practices and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or non-compliance with company standards.
