The Manager and its Affiliates shall not be reimbursed for overhead expenses incurred in connection with the Company, including but not limited to rent, depreciation, utilities, capital equipment, other administrative items, and the following items paid to any officer of the Manager or any Affiliate: salaries, fringe benefits, travel expenses, and other administrative items.
