Manager Responsibilities. To assist Owner with the ongoing management of the Property, Manager shall perform the following:
Manager Responsibilities. 3.1. During the term of this Agreement, GROUP appoints and engages Manager to serve as its exclusive manager and administrator of all non-physician functions and services relating to the operation of the Practice, and Manager agrees to furnish to GROUP those Management Services set forth below. Notwithstanding such appointment and engagement, GROUP will have exclusive authority and control over the professional aspects of the Practice to the extent the same constitute or directly affect the practice of medicine, including all diagnosis, treatment and ethical determinations with respect to patients which are required by applicable law to be decided by a physician.
Manager Responsibilities. Manager is and will remain solely responsible for: (i) providing accurate Materials to Formidium;
Manager Responsibilities a. Daily communication with Golf Professionals from the Golf Courses and the development of a master calendar for the outings and banquets. A list of all outings and banquets with the contact name and telephone number will be given to the City at the end of the season along with a summary of the evaluations and comment cards and proposals to address concerns.
b. Meet with leagues, at a minimum, on a monthly basis throughout the season.
c. Be available to set up outings with customers throughout the year.
d. Security of the building.
e. Check-in all deliveries.
f. Prompt billing.
Manager Responsibilities. In the event of termination of this ------------------------ Agreement. Manager will relinquish control of the Bank Accounts. Manager shall make its Senior Staff available to Owner for a period of sixty (60) days at Owner's expense to ensure an orderly and uninterrupted transition of the management of the Facility. Owner shall reimburse Manager for all out-of-pocket expenses, personnel costs and allocated overhead incurred during said sixty (60) day period.
Manager Responsibilities. During the term of this Agreement, Manager shall be responsible for overseeing and supervising the premises and seasonal summer staff, all activities taking place upon the premises, and to perform such work and labor upon the premises required for the operation of the park and as the County may designate from time to time. Manager shall be considered "on duty" twenty-four (24) per day from May 1 through September 30 each year and is expected to react to any situation which may occur in Xxxxxxx Park or the Pines Campground. Exceptions during this time period shall require prior notification of and approval by the Parks Manager. Manager(s) shall provide the Parks Manager with personal home or cell telephone numbers for after-hours contact and shall be expected to answer calls from county parks on personal home or cell telephone after hours. A partial description of service related duties, responsibilities and conditions are contained in the XXXXXXX PARK/PINES CAMPGROUND MANAGER SCOPE OF SERVICES Generally in accordance with Attachment A.
Manager Responsibilities. The Manager acknowledges that it is solely responsible for its own insurance cover, tax liabilities, superannuation liabilities and other liabilities arising under this Agreement.
Manager Responsibilities. The Manager is responsible for the following:
A. complying with all licensing and permitting for the business, for operating a farmers market and any and all requirements for same whether it is federal, state, county or city;
B. coordinating and confirming all vendors comply with the appropriate licensing and permitting requirements;
C. set-up, break-down and clean-up following the close of each market;
D. Market shall temporarily be allowed to place off-site signs directing residents/consumers to the market, providing the following conditions are met:
1. maximum number of signs allowed: five (5) off-site directional signs
Manager Responsibilities. 3.1. During the term of this Agreement, IPA engages Manager to serve as its sole and exclusive manager for and on behalf of IPA and hereby grants Manager the authority and responsibility, as specifically set forth herein, to supervise and manage the day to day operation of the IPA and Manager agrees to furnish to IPA those Management Services in a manner to enable IPA's compliance with the management and administrative requirements of Plans, and in accordance with the performance standards set forth in Exhibit "C".
Manager Responsibilities. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Manager will relinquish control of all Bank Accounts and all funds in the Facility. Manager shall make its staff available to Owner on a reasonable basis and at cost to Owner equivalent to Manager’s cost for such persons including overhead for a period of sixty (60) days to insure an orderly and uninterrupted transition of Facility management; provided, however, Owner waives its rights against Manager for such period for any misfeasance, malfeasance or nonfeasance of any Person and Manager shall receive an advance deposit sufficient to cover such expenses, and further provided that such persons agree to serve in such capacities. None of such persons shall be under Manager’s supervision during such period.
