Junior Rates. The wage rates for a junior employee shall be determined on the basis of the following age related percentages: 16 years of age and under 60% 17 years of age 70% 18 years of age 80% 19 years of age 90% 20 years of age and over 100% Provided that store managers under 20 years of age will be paid adult rates of pay.
