Manager Responsibilities Generally. Manager shall comply with the terms of the Restrictive Agreements and all Laws which apply to Manager’s use and operations at the Premises and the Stadium Facility. If Manager receives written notice of any violation of any governmental requirements applicable to the Premises, Manager shall give prompt notice thereof to Owner.
